We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented professional to supervise and coordinate construction activities affecting Duke Hospital's facilities and operations. *Those candidates with experience in the electrical trade and with elevator modernizations will be given priority* Work Arrangement - On-site Anticipated Pay Range - Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $31.58 to USD $50.04. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training - Work requires an educational background normally equivalent to a high school education plus 2 years specialized training or apprenticeship in a building trade such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry. Experience - Work requires five (5) years' experience in maintenance and construction to acquire knowledge of construction techniques, methods and equipment.
