Responsibilities include collecting and reporting patient data, reinforcing education, supporting care plans, and participating in quality improvement. Duties & Responsibilities Reinforces routine patient and family education. Collects and documents objective and subjective data; reports changes in condition to the RN or provider for further assessment. Contributes to patient assessments and supports implementation of the plan of care under RN supervision. Provides developmentally appropriate care and evaluates outcomes of interventions, communicating results to the care team. Participates in quality and process improvement initiatives. Supports personal and professional growth through self-directed learning and unit-based activities. Maintains professional boundaries and collaborates effectively within the multidisciplinary care team. Minimum Qualifications Degrees High School diploma or GED Area of Study and completion of a Practical Nursing certification or diploma program Experience Minimum Experience Required:One (1) year of LPN experience Equivalency Not Applicable Licenses & Certifications Basic Life Support Licensed Practical Nurse Additional Requirements BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association with at least 6 months left before expiration is required upon hire. Competency None Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Hourly Range: $25.95 to $38.93 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
