We arelooking foran experienced Product Manager tosupportthe developmentand commercialization ofsoftwareand firmware featuresforMegapack. This role will work closely with engineering to ensurefeatures are clearly scoped andeffectivelylaunchedto support market needs. Supportingdevices includethewhole systemcomprisingofelectrical and networking equipment,battery pack,inverter& thermalcontrollers.This role will supportnewand sustaining software andfirmware features across industrial energy productswhile collaborating with hardwareproduct& application engineering teams.

This position requires technicalexpertise, commercial acumen, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams. Experience in software/firmwareproduct management, development, and the renewable energy sector will set you apart.Attentionto detail, curiosity, andthe abilityto prioritize many featuresare essential to success.

This role is part of theIndustrial Product teamwhichoversees the hardware, software, firmware, and services poweringMegapack and otherindustrial energy products.


What You'll Do
  • Discovery& Requirements:Createcrisp feature requests byseekingto understand the problem that needs to be solved by whatever means necessary (user/stakeholder interviews, readingpublished grid or compliance requirements, contracts,etc.)

  • Roadmap Prioritization: Create business cases, define product requirements, and prioritize features to meet market and customer needs

  • Collaborative Development: Work alongside world-class engineers and professionals to design and deliver software solutions

  • Technical Enablement: Develop technical content such as manuals, application notes, and marketing collateral to support both internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Education & Advocacy: Educate internal teams, customers, and partners on critical product features and best practices


What You'll Bring
  • Degreein ComputerEngineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years inengineering,software productmanagement,ora relatedfield

  • Strong preference forexperienceas a softwareorfirmware engineerworking inUtilitiesindustry

  • General understanding ofcybersecurity and network monitoring as it applies to electricgrid

  • Ability to qualify and quantifyvarietyof time series data to turn them into operational insights

  • Familiarity with energy storage products and the challenges withgrid connectedsystems

  • Deep understanding of software development processes, tools, and best practices

  • Blendof technical and commercialexpertise, with strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build andmaintainstrong relationshipsacross stakeholders

  • Strong passion for advancing renewable energy and grid transformation

    Expected Compensation
    $112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
