What You'll Do
- Perform and analyze cell inspections independently per instructions
- Document and communicate findings from cell inspections in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Identify and create new procedures to streamline inspection process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with inspection equipment
- Enforce and maintain 5S and workplace hygiene standards
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in quality or an engineering degree
- Experience with quality systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with performing visual and dimensional inspections with metrology equipment like caliper, micrometer, drop gage, etc.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset, coupled with leadership experience is a strong plus
- Command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to document findings and prepare detailed reports, SQL experience is a strong plus
- VGstudios and ImageJ experience is a strong plus
Essential Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) while conducting inspections, retrieving samples, or navigating production areas
- Must occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 30 lbs. such as product samples, testing equipment, or materials. Frequent handling of lighter items (up to 5-10 lbs.) for measurement and analysis
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including exposure to moderate noise levels, dust, fumes, or temperature fluctuations typical of a production or lab setting. Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes as required

Expected Compensation
$24.40 - $65.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
