What to Expect The Regional Workplace team is responsible for overseeing all projects, programs, recurring services and related operational expense associated with our North America locations, inclusive of Sales, Service, Delivery, Collision, Semi, and Robotaxi sites. The role of Utility Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for all utility account analysis, escalations, accuracy of records, and optimization of spend, highlighting opportunities and anomalies across the fleet. Demonstrated utility industry knowledge related to facilities operations is preferred, as well as a demonstrated focus on mitigating service interruptions and providing financial forecasting and cost management for the portfolio. The right candidate will have strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, ability to build business partnerships with both third-party providers as well as across business units and demonstrate the ability to resolve challenging problems with minimal guidance. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
