As a Security Officer - Lobby Access Desk in Lexington, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will greet employees, visitors, and vendors while managing entry points, verifying credentials, and logging activity in site systems. You will conduct routine rounds in assigned areas, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to questions and concerns with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Control access at entrances and checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing and collecting badges, managing visitor and vendor logs, and directing individuals to designated areas per site policy.
• Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle traffic such as delivery trucks and employee vehicles by confirming authorization, documenting entries and exits, and reporting irregular activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm conditions, access violations, and disruptive behavior, while following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including gates, lots, and dock areas, to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
