Sr Communications Program Lead, Materials Science
Overview The Senior Communication Program Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the integrated communications strategy for the Waters Materials Science Division, supporting both internal engagement and external communications. This role serves as the primary communications partner to divisional leadership and plays a key role in advancing business priorities while ensuring strong alignment with Waters' enterprise narrative, brand standards, and messaging framework. The ideal candidate has a strong PR background with the ability to take complex scientific topics and turn them into compelling narratives for use across paid, owned and earned media. In addition to divisional responsibilities, this leader partners closely with the SVP, Global Communications on select enterprise change initiatives.
