This Position reports to:

Warehouse Supervisor

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Provides ongoing feedback to management and recommends improvements related to production line performance, organization, shifting priorities, and emerging critical issues.

  • Supports management in executing staffing adjustments due to vacations, illnesses, equipment outages, or shifting production needs.

  • Reinforces team focus on achieving production volume targets, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring ontime delivery.

  • Assists management and shift teams with resource allocation, coordination of shift orders, and oversight of work plan execution across production lines.

  • Serves as the shift leader, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely resolution of technical, quality, and logistical issues.

Qualifications for the role:

  • 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of 5S - sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain

  • Knowledge and use of necessary PPE

  • Ability to use cranes or other lifting devices, as needed

  • Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed

  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs

  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English Language

  • Basic computer skills to be able to look up parts.

  • Ability to maintain accurate hand-eye coordination and utilize both hands safely and efficiently.

  • Forklift operation required, including readiness to complete training on various forklift types.

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Basic communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
