Description MaineHealth Behavioral HealthClerical/Administrative Support For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Patient Service Representative (PSR)
Schedule: Part-time - Three 8-hour shifts per week (days to be determined) MaineHealth Behavioral Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support our Belfast and Rockland practices. The PSR will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform overall general office duties while serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role supports the Behavioral Health New Same Day Access model and works closely with a highly functioning team that is passionate about the care they deliver. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment where patient experience and teamwork are top priorities. Key Responsibilities
