The Sales Tools and Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing Bunge's commercial effectiveness by driving the adoption and enhancement of Salesforce and other critical digital sales tools. Reporting to the Global Commercial Tools, Insights & Enablement Lead, this individual will primarily focus on identifying business needs, conceptualizing, deploying, and continuously improving digital solutions aimed at enhancing seller behavior, improving customer experience, and influencing desired commercial outcomes. This position requires an individual who can manage projects and processes independently, lead enablement and training initiatives, and act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure our sales digital ecosystem delivers maximum value.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Salesforce & Digital Tools Enablement Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and other commercial digital tools (e.g., CPX, RFX, Highspot, WalkMe). Provide hands-on support, guidance, and best practices to drive consistent utilization and maximize value for commercial teams globally.
  • Training & Adoption Leadership Develop, organize, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and comprehensive documentation to ensure optimal understanding and adoption of commercial digital tools. Monitor user proficiency and provide ongoing support to foster a culture of continuous learning and effective tool usage.
  • Business Partnering & Needs Identification Collaborate closely with diverse business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to proactively identify their challenges and business needs related to commercial digital tools. Translate these needs into functional requirements and potential solution concepts.
  • Governing Enhancements Responsible for governing the list of enhancements, working closely with BT and business stakeholders to prioritize this list based on strategic business needs and impact. Actively support larger global rollouts. Ensure ongoing monitoring and gather feedback for continuous improvement, working closely with BT and external partners.
  • Project & Process Management Manage specific projects or processes related to commercial digital tool development, deployment, or enhancement, working independently with limited supervision. Contribute to broader process improvements within the commercial enablement function, ensuring efficient and effective execution of main activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key interface between commercial functions, BT, and external vendors. Facilitate alignment on objectives, resource allocation, and problem resolution to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality, configuration, and best practices. Familiarity with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ) and related commercial digital tools (e.g., Highspot, WalkMe) is a strong advantage.
  • Enablement & Training Skills: Strong ability to design and deliver effective training, create clear documentation, and facilitate user adoption.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of commercial processes, sales methodologies, and customer experience drivers.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage small to medium projects, track progress, identify risks, and drive tasks to completion.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing business needs, identifying pain points, and conceptualizing effective digital solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Change Management: Basic knowledge of change management principles to help users adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently with limited supervision.

Education & Experience:

  • Degrees in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field are highly valued.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus.
  • Typically Bachelor's degree with 11 - 14 years of position related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration, CRM enablement, or digital solutions support within a commercial context.
  • Proven track record of managing projects or processes independently, preferably involving technology implementation or training.
