Technical Program Management Specialist

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of U.S. Navy objectives. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with stakeholders within the program.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in operations or program management a U.S. Navy (USN) Program Management Office
  • Experience developing and building standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operations plans for complex at sea operations
  • Experience planning and developing solutions and requirements for complex surface and subsurface infrastructure projects
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze multiple courses of action and adapt plans in dynamic environments to identify optimal solutions from both operational and financial perspectives
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working with Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs), and Remote Operated Vehicles (ROVs)
  • Experience with PPBE and developing spend plans
  • Experience working on U.S. Navy vessels
  • Master's degree in an engineering or technical program preferred; Doctorate degree in an engineering or technical programa plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
