  Previous press operation or manufacturing experience preferred

  Basic computer and data entry skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to stay organized and manage production workflow

  
  
• 
  

  Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and prolonged standing

  
  
• 
  

  Continuous lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs

  
  
• 
  

  Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required

  
  

On the Job

• 
  

  Operate automatic, transfer, and robotic stamping presses

  
  
• 
  

  Set up jobs using daily production schedules and setup sheets in Plex

  
  
• 
  

  Enter production data, including downtime, scrap activity, and inventory transactions

  
  
• 
  

  Perform required quality inspections and report defects

  
  
• 
  

  Follow packaging instructions and escalate missing instructions to the supervisor

  
  
• 
  

  Communicate equipment or tooling issues to supervisors and the quality department
