Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour + Annual bonus opportunity

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM + OT potential

When something breaks, you don't panic, you grab your tools and get to work. We need a Maintenance Technician who can keep machines moving and production rolling.

Your Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics a plus!
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
• Strong focus on safety
• Experience using hand tools/ power tools

On the Job Every Day

• Inspect production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to identify maintenance issues, wear, or potential failures.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and facility-related issues to determine root cause and implement effective solutions.
• Perform maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to presses, rollers, material handling equipment, guards, and auxiliary production systems.
• Diagnose and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Support maintenance of manufacturing-related systems such as compressed air lines, dust collection components, guards, and other production-support infrastructure.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance that do not require outside licensed technicians.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support plant operations.
