As a Security Officer - Apartment Complex Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will respond to service calls, document observations, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and property teams while delivering a welcoming customer experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and building perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical incidents, and/or property damage, and notify site contacts and public responders as needed.
• Control access where assigned by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in, and assisting with directions and general property information.
• Document patrols, incidents, and tenant interactions in daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
