Our expertise is the design and manufacture of communications-based specialty products - engineered components and subsystems - for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial, and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial. *****This position will be located in the Dover Corporate Office in Downers Grove, IL.***** POSITION OVERVIEW: Primary FP&A position in forecasting, reporting, annual budgeting, cost analysis, strategic planning, and mergers & acquisitions for $200M annual revenue operating company within Dover Corporation. Develop process improvements for key financial objectives including strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and business intelligence. This role acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making. RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive corporate finance management roles in high growth, multi-national companies. The person's background should include core competencies in financial planning for a global enterprise, financial & economic modeling and analysis, and capital planning. The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will have a well-rounded leadership and management background. #LI-ONSITE #LI-BM1 Work Arrangement : Onsite Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
