The Role

Suffolk is seeking people who are bold. Curious. Innovative. Caring. People who want to learn how a complex, fast-paced business really works - and who are excited to roll up their sleeves and contribute.

As a Finance Operations Intern, you will support Suffolk's Construction Finance team with a focus on operations, process improvement, and financial workflows that impact projects across the company. This is a corporate-facing role, ideal for a student interested in finance, operations, analytics, or business strategy who wants to understand how financial decisions are made and executed inside a large general contractor.

Our 9-week Summer Internship Program immerses you in real business challenges while providing mentorship, learning opportunities, and exposure to Suffolk's project teams and corporate functions. The summer concludes with a Capstone presentation, where interns share their work and insights with leaders across the organization.
