This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple Technology Vice Presidents in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings deep experience supporting technology leaders, demonstrates mastery of the. Microsoft Office 365 suite, and proactively anticipates needs, turning requests into actionable outcomes with minimal direction. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Provide proactive administrative support to multiple Technology Vice Presidents.
  • Manage complex calendars, shifting priorities quickly while maintaining accuracy and awareness of competing demands.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Develop, edit, and prepare high-quality documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote).
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion; follow up independently with stakeholders.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support technology-driven workflows and leverage digital tools to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain organization of departmental documents, shared drives, and knowledge repositories.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense processing.


Required Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of work experience beyond education.


Skills and Abilities



  • Advanced administrative expertise with 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in a Technology/IT environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the full Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote).
  • Strong ability to convert leadership ideas, needs, or high-level requests into structured, actionable tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise strong judgment.


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary grade for this position is $27.88 per hour - $41.82 per hour. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $27.88 - $34.85 per hour. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
