We are seeking a highly capable and experienced IT Project Lead to drive the technical success of a critical initiative focused on enhancing our quote-to-cash process. The primary goal is to improve data accuracy and system efficiency across the lifecycle, with a specific focus on accelerating cloud provisioning and ensuring predictable revenue recognition. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical direction and delivery of the project, managing resources, budget, and scope.

  • Project Oversight and Strategy

    • Understand the necessary effort, establish the high-level budget ($), and ensure the project acquires measurable business value.

    • Responsible for the technical delivery of the project and ownership of the overall technical direction.

  • Design and Delivery Management

    • Manage the functional and technical design, development, and delivery for the project.

    • Collaborate with business leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure desired business outcomes are delivered.

  • Resource and Stakeholder Management

    • Assign IT resources and create realistic expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.

    • Manage divergence of scope, timeline, and budget, escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading complex IT projects, ideally in process optimization or quote-to-cash initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud provisioning, revenue recognition, and system efficiency best practices.

  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Target Base Salary Range: $150,000 USD - $165,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
