As a GTM Operations Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of our go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our product offers are logically structured, easy to sell, and accurately billed. Reporting to the Director of Product GTM, you will act as a bridge between high-level product strategy and the technical execution of our sales motions. You will be responsible for modeling the revenue impact of new offers, designing the rules governing our quoting systems, and serving as a data detective to ensure our customers' access to technology aligns perfectly with their contracts. Your work will directly eliminate friction for our sales team and ensure the integrity of our recurring revenue.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create detailed models to forecast the impact of changes to product bundling, packaging, and promotional structures on ARR.

  • Build and maintain the CPQ system logic to ensure product dependencies and constraints are easy for sales reps to navigate.

  • Perform regular reconciliations across billing systems, contract authorizations, and technical provisioning logs to identify and resolve revenue leakage.

  • Translate complex product features into streamlined, easy-to-sell packages that reduce manual work for the sales team.

  • Synthesize data from multiple, disparate sources to provide a clear picture of how customers are utilizing the platform versus what they are paying for.

  • Evaluate ad hoc requests for product or pricing changes to ensure they are logically sound before moving forward for finance review.

  • Monitor the health of our product offerings and provide data-driven recommendations to simplify the buying process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in a GTM, Sales Ops, or Business Analyst role where you managed complex data sets and systems logic.

  • Strong ability to build financial and mathematical models to predict the outcome of business changes.

  • Hands-on experience designing or managing the rules and logic within a CPQ or quoting platform.

  • Advanced proficiency in data tools such as Excel or SQL with a specific focus on reconciling data from different sources.

  • Growth mindset with the ability to take on complex challenges and adapt to frequent ad-hoc strategic shifts.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical or logical concepts clearly to both product and finance stakeholders.

  • Experience working within an Agile environment and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

  • High attention to detail with a focus on "revenue integrity" and finding discrepancies in complex systems.
