About The Sage School of Philosophy and The Department of Classics The Sage School of Philosophy and The Department of Classics offer rigorous undergraduate and graduate programs, active research, speaker series, and interdisciplinary collaboration across the university. The Sage School houses The Philosophical Review, a globally recognized journal. The Department of Classics also includes the grant-funded, interdisciplinary Lab of Dendrochronology, while a shared administrative team supports teaching, research, outreach, and numerous programs, events, and publications. The Opportunity The Graduate Program Coordinator supports a newly combined administrative team serving the Classics and Philosophy departments, including about 27 professorial faculty, three additional academics, over 100 undergraduate majors, and more than 50 graduate students. This is a full-time (39 hours/week) Endowed College position that is based in Ithaca, NY with a hybrid work arrangement. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility as needed. The final schedule will be established in collaboration with the supervisor. Rewards and Benefits
