As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible, and watch for security-related concerns across entrances, corridors, and parking areas. You will support staff, patients, and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely incident reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting assistance from clinical staff and/or local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas and exterior perimeters, including entrances, parking areas, and corridors, noting conditions that may help to reduce unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with wayfinding, and follow site requirements for visitor management, restricted areas, and after-hours access.
• Complete accurate reports and logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
