Graphic Designer

**This role will be required to work in office 5 days per week in one of our locations in either Cleveland, OH or Chicago, IL**

**Applicants must submit a portfolio with relevant work along with their resume**

  • Concept and design a wide variety of creative assets to support marketing efforts for The Sherwin-Williams Company family of brands including(but not limited to): print, digital, social/display, email, and other ad hoc requests.

  • Ensure communications are on brand and compelling to the target audience(s).

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practices and brand standards.

  • Collaboratewith copywriters and other internal teams to develop and optimize messaging, looking for opportunities to elevate brand and create higher levels of engagement with customers.

  • Work with project managers to establish timelines and coordinate feedback from the talent acquisition team.

  • Manage, update, archive and maintain graphic files and assets.

  • Manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or art direction

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • 3+ years of design experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital creative

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative work style

  • Proven track record of delivering creative excellence

Preferred:

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
