Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager support cross-functional delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification. The successful candidate will coordinate resources, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close assigned projects while managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality deliverables as described.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, identify critical path activities, and establish realistic milestones that support business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
• Conduct regular status meetings as necessary, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential obstacles early, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of progress, changes, and key decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of project management experience. PMP certification or equivalent credential preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects of varying complexity and size, with proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with ability to influence without direct authority. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with diverse teams and managing stakeholder relationships across organizational levels.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position may require lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks involving bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. The employee will work in various indoor and outdoor environments including active construction zones, offices, and common areas.
