Project Manager - Enterprise Lab Operations

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite or Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: Up to $59.00 per hour

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

We are seeking an execution-focused Project Manager to lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative to assess, standardize, and optimize laboratory storage and storage-related equipment across a decentralized organization. This hands-on role is ideal for a results-driven PM who can quickly establish visibility, analyze complex data, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver practical, implementable outcomes-including launching an internal reuse marketplace for underutilized lab assets.

In this role, you will drive rapid discovery and analysis by consolidating data from procurement, fixed assets, facilities, and site-level lab inventories. You will identify cost, space, and vendor rationalization opportunities, define standardized storage categories and governance models, and partner closely with Quality, Facilities, Finance, R&D, and Procurement to ensure regulatory alignment. A key deliverable includes designing and piloting a minimum viable internal marketplace to improve asset reuse and reduce unnecessary spend.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven success delivering enterprise operational, cost optimization, or standardization initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with incomplete data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority in decentralized environments

Preferred Experience:

• Regulated environments (medical device, pharma, biotech)
• Laboratory operations, facilities optimization, or asset management
• Internal reuse or cost-avoidance programs
