Temple University's Public Safety Department is searching for a Lieutenant of Security Operations. Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Grade: T26 Reporting to the Captain of the Engagement Unit and Security Operations for the Temple University Department of Public Safety (TUDPS), the Lieutenant of Security Operations leads the department's security staff, made up of TUDPS security officers (SO), as well as contracted security personnel, and leads the planning, staffing, and execution of security for events large and small. The Lieutenant is a sworn, uniformed position who formulates the unit's strategies and objectives based on the department's overall goals and incorporates data on university and community trends and campus security issues.
