Cash Analyst

As a Cash Analyst, you will use your knowledge of the business to achieve results. You will manage multiple accounting responsibilities for the team. This is a hybrid position and will report to the USCA Stores Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for our Stores point of sale (POS) data and reconciling to bank funding. Also, match/reconcile in T-Recs for USCA Architectural Stores.
• Resolve Stores associates inquiries related to Architectural Stores Cash procedures and issues.
• Responsible for the miscellaneous check deposit and joint check processes.
• Share responsibility for the bank sweep process.
• Analyze data from a T-Recs database to record disbursements and adjustments weekly for USCA Architectural Stores.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries related to the USCA Architectural Stores Cash function.
• Develop and post journals to ensure SAP is properly stating bank balances and transactions for Stores from T-Recs data.
• Investigate and journal non-sufficient funding activity.
• Account analysis of key and high-risk general ledger accounts. Follow up on open items.
• Credit card chargebacks for USCA Architectural Stores.
• Special projects as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting is required.
• MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's, SUMIFS, and quickly summarizing large amounts of data.
• Experience working with SAP or other databases is a plus.
