POSITION: Consumer and Small Business Operations Specialist

Position Summary:

We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity.Within Consumer and Small Business (C&SB), the Consumer and Small Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the operations of both Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) and Ivy Bank, the digital only brand of CSB. This position will report to C&SB Manager. They will collaborate with colleagues across the CSB landscape, be responsible for supporting the implementation of efficient, innovative ideas and own administrative responsibilities to support customer experience excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Result Areas:

* Support C&SB team to create, maintain, and regularly review internal and external documentation related to new deposit products, procedures, job aids and written collateral, as well as Deposit Handbooks and required disclosures.

* Assist the C&SB manager in bank-wide projects that support the Bank's strategic plan and divisional priorities

* Collaborate with Digital Banking and Customer Relationship Center teams related to all shared policies and procedures.

* Create, update, and maintain content for the Ivy Bank intranet pages including forms, procedures and page layout.

* Collaborate with Digital Banking and the Data & Analytics teams to identify, understand and maintain data dashboards, visualization and performance metrics.

* Participate in the creation of internal presentations and conduct ad hoc data comparisons and analysis as needed

* Support C&SB efforts in understanding and replying to customer feedback gathered through the annual customer survey.

* Manage the currency supply for the Bank's vaults, including ordering and shipping currency between the Federal Reserve and the Loomis vault.

* Manage the Bank's overdraft tolerance service, overseeing daily overdraft decision-making, and making recommendations to further develop and streamline processes to enhance customer experience.

* Coordinate C&SB involvement with our check and office supply vendor relationships.

* Maintain various C&SB data dashboards supporting division efforts.

* Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree, preferred

* 5+ years of Retail Banking, Credit Union, Digital Banking, and/or Financial Services industry experience preference for proven experience with bank operations, compliance, and BSA

* Strong ability to interpret data against business objectives and successfully track KPIs

* High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a regulated environment.

* Strong writing skills, including ability to produce clear, concise documentation

* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

* Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Technically proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and support new digital platforms and tools.

Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $77,000 - $115,000

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $77,000 - $115,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
