In this exciting role, you will elevate our end-user experience by providing critical technical support and proactive solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving our support organization, identifying and addressing technical trends, and building strong relationships across our global teams. You will be a vital contributor to our technology services strategy, ensuring that our systems are always running optimally and our users feel fully supported.

**What You'll Do:**

* Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support, tracking, resolving, and documenting technical issues and requests.

* Proactively identify, analyze, and interpret both technical and business opportunities to enhance our support processes.

* Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software, including installation, moves, additions, and changes for PCs, network printers, and conference equipment.

* Champion effective solutions and act as a change agent, communicating and implementing new processes and technologies.

* Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning about the latest system information, changes, and updates.

* Conduct analysis of problem trend reports to drive continuous improvement in support for various locations.

* Provide comprehensive support for mobile devices and audio-visual equipment.

* Oversee the proper disposal of PC equipment.

* Deliver white-glove, executive-level technical support, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for our leadership.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of hands-on experience providing end-user technical support in an onsite role.

* Proven expertise in supporting devices running on MacOS (including MacBook and iMac hardware) and Windows 11 operating systems.

* Strong proficiency in supporting productivity suites like Office 365 and communication platforms such as Teams.

* Experience supporting mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.

* Demonstrated experience supporting conference room equipment, particularly modern meeting room systems, and providing technical assistance during executive meetings.

* Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor, essential for interacting with and assisting executives and all levels of staff.

* Advanced problem-solving abilities and a knack for developing creative, effective solutions.

* A genuine desire to stay current with best practices and emerging technologies.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow.

* Familiarity with device management solutions such as Kandji.

* Strong customer service abilities and a highly organized approach to work.

* Experience with physical PC repair and maintenance.

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize a dynamic workload.

* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and business professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
