We are looking for a Parts Coordinator to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the organization, condition and accuracy of maintenance spare parts inventory, production tooling and daily coordination with internal customers such as maintenance and production. This role is a key member of our Maintenance team.

Inventory Accuracy



  • Accurately manage the disposition of spare parts in and out of the storeroom.
  • Ensure that all stock implemented or removed is documented and reported.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory in the master parts list.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any discrepancies and follow through with corrective action.


Inventory Management



  • Conduct various inventory management activities as it applies to parts room operations. This includes but is not limited to: Cycle counting of spare parts (daily and monthly), first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory management techniques, and inventory troubleshooting and repair.


Inventory Transactions



  • Perform various J.D. Edwards transactions as they apply to the receiving and movement of inventory.


Receiving Functions



  • Must have a firm understanding of the importance of accuracy when receiving product both physically and electronically.
  • Must act with a sense of exactness, care, and urgency as it applies to the receiving and storage of material.
  • Proactively identify, report, and mitigate receiving issues and concerns.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be forklift certified, with the ability to obtain approval to operate a company vehicle. This role requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with the ability and willingness to learn and utilize J.D. Edwards for processing inventory transactions. Candidates must be able to read, analyze, interpret, and accurately follow detailed written instructions, as well as become familiar with the master parts list and its sub-components. A strong commitment to punctuality, regular attendance, and adherence to all Trex health and safety standards is essential. A successful candidate will consistently apply their skills, training, and abilities to uphold high standards of job performance and professional conduct.

SALARY

Base Hourly Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
