Process Expert, Logistics Services

Join Hilti as a Process Expert - Logistics Services, where you'll apply deep process and system expertise to enhance the performance of Hilti North America Logistics. In this role, you'll identify improvement opportunities, initiate change requests, and support the harmonization of standard processes across the Supply Chain. Your work ensures efficiency, consistency, and a world class logistics experience. This position can be located in Tulsa, OK or Plano, TX.

• Act as the Process Expert for Hilti North Americas On-time-in-full, Business Process Management, and Advanced Customer Order Tracking processes
• Identify and find solutions for process failures
• Lead and collaborate on structural projects in a complex cross-functional environment
• Drive and manage team continuous improvement (CIP) projects and initiatives
• Serve as primary contact for Global Process Managers, IT, and other global teams to lead and implement process changes and new functionalities
• Identify/collect data issues to provide feedback, lead improvement and corrective actions with assigned process manager
• Train multiple level users in process, data, and system know how varying communication for differing levels
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor the status of remedy tickets and enhancement requests assigned to global IT; support with communication and testing as required
• Continuously identify new, more productive approaches to logistics processes
• Enlarge and share Logistics know-how, new technologies, and processes
• Additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or relevant field, required; equivalent relevant experience is accepted in lieu of degree
• Three (3) years supply chain work experience, required
• Lean / Six Sigma experience, preferred
• Expert level user of Microsoft Excel, required
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude, required
• Good insight into process development and understanding of integrated system approach
• Strong experience working with SAP, Power BI
• Must be detail oriented, with excellent follow-up and organizational skills to meet set deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while working in a high performing team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), and presentation skills, required
