Location: 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana, Pa 15701 100 Corporate Center Drive Suite 200 Camp Hill, Pa 17011 701 East Pittsburgh St. Greensburg, PA 15601 358 N Shore Dr. Pittsburgh, PA 15212 2 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380 Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: Lead and support strategic operations and risk initiatives for the Consumer Bank, with a focus on enhancing client experience, reducing risk, and improving operational efficiency. Work closely with the Chief Consumer and Business Banking Offiicer and serve as senior partner to Consumer Bank leadership, providing guidance on operational risk management, regulatory compliance, and change initiatives. Act as a key liaison across business lines, risk, audit, compliance, and external partners to ensure alignment with the Bank's risk appetite and strategic objectives. Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands: Operates office equipment: 10% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands. The job requires reaching above the shoulders, which is slow in speed. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work and travel.
