In this role, you'll lead quality improvements on the shop floor, analyze data to identify priority issues, and coordinate corrective actions that elevate product and process performance. You'll spend your time partnering with cross-functional teams, supporting design development, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and serving on the Material Review Board. This position also develops test methods, supports ISO processes, and ensures products exceed customer expectations. Your first months will focus on learning our products, reading blueprints confidently, and measuring parts with accuracy. By 90 days, you'll have a solid understanding of our assembly operations and be contributing to the root-cause analysis and improvements that keep our quality system strong. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams. You'll be successful here if you enjoy ownership, appreciate teamwork, and can navigate challenges without getting bogged down in the negative. This is an on-site, day-shift role following a 4x10 schedule aligned with production operations. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $75,577 to $94,472 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
