PLANT SUPERVISOR/OPERATOR

Responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following:

• Must have a positive attitude and be able to work safely
• Batch wet concrete via computer batch plant control systems
• Safely perform all the duties and actively participate in safety programs
• Maintain raw material inventories
• Able to operate loader & skid steer in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to Manage and train concrete delivery driver

Hourly Wage: $29.20-$36.47

Plus, an additional 2.50 will be included for a shift Premium

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous ready mix or wet batch plant experience preferred
• Need to have good organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Basic computer and math skills and willingness to embrace new technology
• Must be able to maintain workflow in area of responsibility
• Must be able to handle challenging and difficult situations
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems is a plus
• Must be reliable and dependable and work well with other team members
