Training and Change Management Lead- New Orleans, LA Ellumen is a dynamic IT business headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. Ellumen is seeking an experienced Training and Change Management Lead to support the Navy's MyNavy Human Resources (HR) enterprise. Services include the sustainment, modernization, enhancement, cybersecurity, and operational support of mission-critical HR, manpower, and personnel systems. Role Summary: Leads training, user support, and management efforts to ensure successful adoption of MyNavy HR IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training materials for functional and technical users. Support user outreach, communications, and change management activities. Assess user needs and recommend improvements. Coordinate with technical teams to align training with system changes. Custom Oracle/PeopleSoft integrations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, IT, or related field. 5+ years supporting training and change management for IT systems. Experience training users on Federal or DoD HR systems. US Citizenship with ability to obtain federal clearance (active clearance preferred)
