Job DescriptionTitle:Individual Major Gifts Officer The Developmentdepartment is an integralcomponentof theElizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), whosepurposeisto raisevital unrestricted funds to advance EGPAF's mission to end AIDS in children and to ensure every child has a full and healthy life.This dynamic teamsecuresfunding through annual campaigns, major gifts, funding partnerships, digital engagement,events, and more. The Individual Major GiftsOfficerwill providecritical supportto meetthe fundraising goals of a fast-paced Development department, focusing on fundraising initiatives ofindividualdonors that giveat the level of$500or above annually. The ideal candidate willcollaborate withinternal teams,leadership,andboard membersto align donor interests with organizational priorities,maintainaccuraterecords in the CRM, and track progress toward goals. The position plays a critical role in donor retention, growth, and long-term sustainability of theindividualmajor donorbase. Job Responsibilities:
Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is $53,733-$67,166 annually in the Washington, DC Metro area. For US-based remote staff, EGPAF uses geographical ranges that are based on the candidate's location and the associated cost of labor.Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience and training, education and certifications, internal equity, external market data, and budget.
