Company Overview Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Final Assembly Technician to play a crucial role in the assembly of drone electro-mechanical systems and final products. Your responsibilities will include assembling sub-systems using provided tools, following pre-determined work instructions, and collaborating closely with engineering to implement changes and new features. Additionally, you will assist in updating documentation, service and repair products as necessary, and keep the production lead and management informed of any issues, problems, and progress. Your role will also involve a continuous improvement mindset to help enhance processes. What You'll Do

Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 50 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment. Must be physically capable of loading and unloading materials on equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack. Work Environment This position typically operates primarily in a professional, climate-controlled office, warehouse, manufacturing, and shipping environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment and may involve exposure various types of machinery and heavy equipment. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. At times, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety gloves, goggles, and hearing protection may be required. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard works hours for this position are 7:00AM to 3:30PM with occasional overtime as operational needs demand. ITAR Requirement In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
