The WEX Summer Internship Program: Learn, Lead, and Make an Impact

Our 13-week paid internship program, running from late May to mid-August, is a chance for you to gain real-world experience and develop your skills. Recruiting begins in January and continues through March at our various locations across the U.S.

About the team/role:

The Revenue Management & Business Operations Intern will support key operational and analytical initiatives that help drive revenue accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional business operations, data analysis, and process improvement in a fast-paced corporate environment. The intern will work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Finance, and Legal partners.

How you'll make an impact:

• Assist with audit and compliance activities, including review of pricing, contract terms, and system configurations.

• Support reporting and data analysis efforts by compiling, validating, and summarizing across from multiple sources.

• Help identify process gaps, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities and document findings.

• Prepare presentations and written summaries to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations.

• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Experience you'll bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, seeking a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Marketing or related.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and independently.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with the Google Suite is a plus.

• Organizational and time-management skills.
