Hiring Range:

$127,587.20 - $160,763.20

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced and innovative Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing Advanced Therapeutics Dermatology Program. This is a 40-hour, fully remote position where you will play a pivotal role in managing dermatologic conditions through telehealth appointments.

In this position, you will work independently to prescribe and manage commonly used biologic therapies for a wide range of dermatologic conditions, while practicing in a virtual care model. The role will involve working with a multidisciplinary team and utilizing advanced analytics to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic dermatologic diseases.

Given the innovative nature of this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2+ years of dermatology experience and a comfort level with workflow development in a fully remote care environment. Major Responsibilities:
*Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations to diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions.
*Prescribe and manage biologic therapies for dermatologic diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, and more.
*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (nurses, physicians, and other clinical partners) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
*Use advanced analytics to assess patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure optimal care outcomes.
*Contribute to the development of new care pathways and workflow optimization to support program growth.
*Provide patient education, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives in alignment with state guidelines and national certification standards.

Schedule:
* 40 hours per week.
* 5 (8-hour) day shifts.
* 100% remote.
* No weekends/holidays.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Dermatology experience in an Advanced Practice Provider role.
* Current Massachusetts NP/PA licensure.
* Master's Degree
* Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
* BLS and ACLS certification required.
* Experience with biologic therapies and chronic dermatologic disease management.
* Comfort in working in a fully virtual care environment.
* Strong communication, clinical autonomy, and critical thinking skills.
* Experience with Epic EMR is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual multidisciplinary team.
