Internship -Society & Community Engagement

As a Society & Community Engagement intern in San Diego, CA, you will help build a culture of volunteerism amongst ASML employees and strengthen the Wilton community in our key focus areas of attractive/inclusive communities and STEM education. You will also help organize and execute employee events, with the goal of engaging employees, fostering employee pride and making a positive impact in the community.

Your assignment

• Assist Society & Community Engagement Program Manager in executing ASML Wilton's society & community engagement program and ensure alignment with corporate goals and policy

• Collaborate with US and global society & community engagement teams and internal business partners to promote local employee volunteer events and initiatives

• Work with local community organizations aligned with the ASML focus areas

• Help build awareness of and support for ASML's society & community engagement programs internally and externally

• Other duties as assigned

Your profile

• Must be studying towards a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, business, human resources, health and Human services or a related field. Junior/Senior level of study or beyond.

• Required technical skills, knowledge and abilities:

• Strong oral and written communication skills; clear, concise and professional

• Results driven - demonstrates ownership and accountability and delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and platform

• Experience working with graphic design software a plus

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $18.00 - $57.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
