Duties: Responsible for ensuring products provide a meaningful and relevant experience to users; guide the entirety of the design process through completion by presenting to stakeholders and working alongside the development team to ensure accurate implementation and compliance to enterprise brand and accessibility standards; create user-centered, simple, and modern designs, which are desirable and efficient multi-channel experiences; work closely with the users, stakeholders, and Product Owner to develop a cohesive and consistent user experience, and increase user satisfaction; create innovative solutions that generate significant value for the clients; oversee all the user experience and design aspects of a product; anticipate user needs, advocating for them, and ensuring the final product meets or exceeds expectations; design and run user research to derive insights and add context; synthesize the user research data to articulate customer needs, and create tangible solutions for user-centered design; utilize Java, Spring, CloudHub, Dataweave, Jenkins, Git, Agile, and Splunk to perform duties; facilitate innovation, design thinking, and designing studio workshops to create digital experiences; develop concept sketches and storyboards, detailing interaction designs and screen flows, functional specifications, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions; ensure that the solution in development aligns to best practices, brand consistency, and standards including accessibility; collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are feasible to implement and subsequently implemented accurately, and assist with accessibility requirements; perform concept and usability testing, and synthesize the results to validate and improve solution design; and track user experience metrics and report on the success of improvements.

Location: New York, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the US;

Salary: $131,997 per year (standard benefits apply);

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a MuleSoft Consultant, as a Software Engineer, as a Sr. Associate, as a Technical Specialist, or in a related occupation;

Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year's use of all the following: Java, Spring, CloudHub, Dataweave, Jenkins, Git, Agile, and Splunk.

Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.

First Installment*: $500.00 when the candidate begins an assignment through Genesis10 at our client

Second Installment*: $500.00 after the candidate has been on assignment for a minimum period of 6 months.

The candidate must still be on billing at the time the second payment is due for you to be eligible to receive it. *Installments are typically mailed out towards the end of the qualifying month. Please note that depending on when your referral started his/her assignment, payment may not be received until the following month.
