Security Officer - Fulfillment Center Patrol

As a Security Officer - Fulfillment Center Patrol in Imperial, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and deliver customer service that supports a positive workplace experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document entries, exits, and deliveries per site procedures.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, request assistance when needed, and complete accurate incident reports and shift logs.
• Use communication tools and security-related systems to observe assigned areas, follow post orders, and coordinate with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
