Job Title: Practice Coordinator II

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Role Overview
The Practice Coordinator II supports outpatient therapy operations through front-desk and patient-facing responsibilities. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and scheduling skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out.
• Patient-facing support and customer service.
• Appointment scheduling and clinic coordination.
• Insurance verification and authorization processing.
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Collaboration with therapists, providers, and administrative staff.
• Supporting clinic workflow across multiple therapy units on the same campus.

• Approximately 30 patients per day

Required / Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an outpatient (OP) clinic strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and patient service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable managing a busy front desk environment.

• Candidates trained on Apex are strongly preferred.
• Role may require flexibility to support different therapy clinics within the same campus

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (No weekends).
