Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  2. Must be capable of networking and developing relationships from the beginning with bank officers, attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, investment bankers or others who can introduce him/her to high net worth individuals who have the potential to become clients.
  3. Accustomed to a high level of daily sales and marketing activity.
  4. Familiar with principles of investing and personal planning, ideally including experience advising private clients on financial matters.
  5. Consult with clients and prospects regarding estate and tax planning and other fiduciary needs, and marshal the resources within CitizensTrust to meet those needs.
  6. Communicate client objectives and review asset allocations with portfolio managers; assist portfolio managers in understanding the financial objectives of clients, as well as their personal goals and preferences.
  7. Demonstrable network of high net worth individuals and the advisors who serve them. A high level of comfort in developing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including business owners.
  8. The ability to work with high net worth individuals, businesses and municipalities across a variety of backgrounds, products and services is key.
  9. Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B A or BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training. Advanced degree (ie: MBA) or certificates is a plus.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Current driver's license required, and securities industry licensing as needed.

Other Qualifications

Must be able to travel locally a minimum of 50% of the time.

MBA, CFA, CFP, BMA a plus but not required.

Well networked and comfortable generating business in the markets served by the Bank (ie: Central Valley, Inland Empire, Los Angeles and Orange Counties and the surrounding areas).

Salary Range:$127,475.00 To $184,838.00 Annually
