As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and provide customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and Allied Universal procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying appropriate site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, process areas, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, and directing deliveries and contractors to approved locations per site procedures.
• Complete required written reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate important information during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 6+ months of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
