Position Summary: The Corporate Partnerships Integration Lead is the central orchestrator for corporate partnership fulfillment at Best Friends. This role ensures that every corporate partnership is operationalized, activated, fulfilled, and stewarded seamlessly across its full lifecycle: from contract execution through renewal.Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, this role functions as the "air traffic controller" for the corporate partnerships team, providing partnership support to all partners that have marketing activation. The work they are responsible for includes: partnership roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment. The Integration Lead works in close partnership withthe Marketing Team and assigned leads, while retaining clear accountability for prioritization, follow-through, and issue resolution on behalf of the corporate team.This role does not replace channel or marketing execution; instead, it ensures that the right work happens, in the right order, with the right owners, on time and with consistency, while protecting internal workflows and partner experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partnership Orchestration & Activation Leadership
Serve as the single internal owner of partnership fulfillment, responsible for coordinating timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables across teams. Translate contracts and Plans on a Page (POPs) into actionable partnership roadmaps with clear owners, deadlines, and escalation paths. Partner with marketing on overall activation strategy, benefit alignment, and annual reconfirmation of partner deliverables. Coordinate with assigned Marketing Leads, who execute channel-specific deliverables, ensuring work is sequenced, prioritized, and completed accurately. Act as the escalation point when timelines, scope, or capacity are at risk-proactively resolving issues rather than passing them downstream. Represent corporate partnership fulfillment needs in cross-departmental planning forums (quarterly calendar planning, year-end reviews, working groups).
Corporate Partnership Activation & Stewardship
Oversee activation planning and fulfillment for corporate and in-kind partnerships, including sponsorships and integrated campaigns. Coordinate partner activation components for key organizational moments, including: Gala, Super Adoption, and National Conference. Support business development and account leads on renewals and growth opportunities by: Identifying activation enhancements, supporting contract refinement, and ensuring partner integration into priority campaigns (e.g., Home campaign). Ensure post-activation wrap-up reports, campaign summaries, and case studies are completed consistently. Work with marketing leads to gather reporting information and compiling into a wrap report with support of fundraiser/partner manager.
Operational Leadership & Process Ownership
Lead operational infrastructure for the corporate partnerships team, including: legal contract routing, HERO data quality, governance, and training, Tableau dashboards and reporting, ASANA adoption, and continuous improvement of tools and workflows. Manage contract administration from execution through close-out, including internal distribution and compliance tracking. Support fundraisers by reviewing invoicing and payment terms, creating invoices when needed, and following up on payments - tracking and flagging at risk accounts. Coordinate end-of-year partner scorecards, compiling and sharing with accounting for auditing purposes. Develop and maintain comprehensive partner case studies, impact reports, and wrap-up materials to demonstrate partnership value and ROI.
Communications & Team Enablement
Draft and distribute the bi-weekly Corporate Partnerships update email. Ensure the Director of Corporate Partnerships has clear visibility into: progress against commitments, risks and bottlenecks, and resource needs and upcoming decisions. Serve as a steady, reliable point of coordination for internal partners across marketing, digital fundraising, stewardship, foundations, development operations, regional programs, network partners, and more.
Special Initiatives & Priority Campaigns
Lead the annual "Favorite Things" corporate partner holiday social media campaign. Support priority initiatives including:Leadership Summit content and execution, corporate team retreats, and strategic partnership pilots. Support National Pet Month partnership with major retailer: assist with the planning and execution of 20 national events, support new business team with onboarding 20 partnerships for this campaign, and ensuring their acknowledgments are executed, and assist with the creation of wrap-up reports for partnership, supporting partnerships, and any other cultivation/stewardship materials.
Skills and Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or account management (nonprofit or brand-side preferred). Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Must be a creative thinker, have strong analytical, project management and decision making skills to develop and manage unique partnerships. Work requires continual attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple programs and meet strict deadlines. Outstanding organizational and time management skills are imperative for success. Results-oriented, creative and collaborative work style. Strong technical aptitude including experience working with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, research, and presentation software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Comfortable learning new software programs and using online information systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A passion for animal welfare and alignment with Best Friends' mission and values. Must be willing and able to travel, including some weekends. Valid Driver's License with access to transportation to travel on organization business.
Extended periods of time working at a computer with repetitive typing, arm and hand motion. Ability to travel via various forms of public transportation for organization business.
