Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Location: Erie, PA 16507 Duration: 03 Months to Long-Term Schedule: 8:30am-4:30 pm, Monday to Friday Role & Responsibilities: One (1) year of experience assisting a licensed pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications in a hospital pharmacy, or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Role Description Perform work in the pharmacy of a state facility, carrying out a variety of non-professional pharmacy tasks under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Assist in the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations, including the packaging and labelling of individual or bulk prescriptions. Maintain pharmaceutical supply stocks and perform related housekeeping duties. Work is supervised and reviewed by a professional pharmacist in accordance with prescribed practices and procedures. Required Qualifications: Current Pharmacy Technician license.
