  • Track all personnel scheduled for deployment on assigned contract(s)

  • Verify all documentation/information is compliant with the contract

  • Maintain regular communication with all personnel pending deployment and on rotation from contract

  • Manage expectations of personnel pending deployment and prep them for quick mobilization based on contract needs

  • Coordinate with the project on personnel requirements to ensure contract maintains staffing levels at all times

  • Request Visas for all personnel assigned to project

  • Creates reports for assigned project as needed

  • Tracks and executes all SPOT activities for assigned contract(s)

  • Coordinate with travel department on all flight and travel logistic needs for deployments

  • Maintain regular communication with all personnel in the candidate pipeline- Work closely with Directors and Program Managers in order to coordinate, provide, and meet staffing needs.

  • Facilitate operations and support the recruitment, staffing, logistics, and mobilization of deploying personnel.

  • Executes all deployment related activities for personnel deploying directly and indirectly in support of contracts worldwide.

  • Perform program assessments and offer/apply alternate solutions when those used are not yielding desired results

  • Consult and regularly communicate staffing needs and deployment statuses.

  • Other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • 5 years administrative experience

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written/ verbal communications skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Computer skills - Intermediate user level of computer systems, Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe

  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously

  • Self starter with strong initiative

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to quickly adapt with changes

  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions in oral or written form

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Worldwide Protective Services

  • Experience in reading and understanding contractual staffing requirements

  • Experience with deploying personnel overseas

  • Experience working on government contracts preferred
