Hart Family Medicine is looking for an Experienced Physician Assistant or a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their busy practice serving patients across the generations (2-5 years' preferred experience). As we care for patients of all ages, we cannot consider Adult/Gerontology or Pediatric trained Nurse Practitioners. Work a four-day work week in a spacious office in town with EPIC EMR, full support from clinical associates and medical office support. Remote call is shared with Ludington primary care practices. Providers work one early day and one late day weekly which are determined in collaboration with your colleagues and practice manager.
