Overview
Provides graphic design, art direction, and creative direction for marketing projects to all Carle entities. The graphic designer is part of a small internal design team and must be able to create compelling designs with high visual impact to elevate the Carle brand. This position contributes to the success of marketing /communication initiatives with the design and development of branded materials. The graphic designer must be able to provide innovative design solutions within brand guidelines and in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have a passion for design and a relentless eye for detail. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Associate's Degree (Required), Work Experience: Graphic design Responsibilities Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards and advances Carle's brand strategy. Design clear and compelling collateral that maintains brand standards and meets communication objectives. Support the creation of marketing materials for print, digital, and web. These pieces include research publications, annual reports, newsletters, advertisements, direct mail, brochures, postcards, invitations, billboards, banners, e-mails, landing pages, microsites, websites, etc. Partner with design team, marketing specialists and copywriters to develop a wide range of marketing materials. Review initial, subsequent and final layouts to check content for accuracy and consistency. Oversee all print production and assure signed-off proofs are accurately replicated in print. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $20.91per hour - $34.92per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
