Are you a data-driven digital marketer who knows how to turn clicks into conversions? Hamilton Beach Brands is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist with deep pay-per-click (PPC) expertise to accelerate performance across our retail partners and brand-owned channels.

In this role, you'll manage lower-funnel advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Walmart Connect, and Criteo, helping drive measurable growth across a diverse product portfolio. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with internal retail sales teams to plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital advertising initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and retail media networks.
  • execute full-funnel digital advertising campaigns through Walmart Connect, partnering with internal teams and agency resources to drive conversion and efficiency.
  • Run and support Criteo sponsored product advertising across key retail marketplace sites.
  • Partner with Target's Roundel to deliver on-site and off-site campaigns.
  • Manage Google Merchant Center accounts and ensure product feeds remain healthy and optimized.
  • Build KPIs, track campaign analytics, and generate insights that shape future performance and investment.
  • Recommend improvements to SEO/GEO, landing experience, and user pathways to increase paid + organic conversion.
  • Manage external vendors, assess program impact, and present results, best practices, and recommendations to leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, including Google PMax, Search, YouTube, and retail media campaigns (Criteo, Walmart Connect).
  • 2+ years running Walmart Connect campaigns, including Digital Onsite Display and Walmart DSP.
  • Strong digital marketing background with experience in eCommerce, social, and KPI reporting.
  • Advanced experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Deep understanding of Google Merchant Center and product data feeds
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and third party vendors.
  • Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to occasionally work extended hours around key retain moments (e.g., Circle Week, Deals for Days).
